    The gym was such a letdown-barely any equipment compared to what you'd expect from a 5-star. No multi-gym, just a few outdated machines. It really took away from the whole experience. Felt more like a budget hotel workout.

    I really enjoyed the hotel. All the employees were excellent and affable. This venue was set in a central area next to Central Pattaya, and the water slides. What's more, there was a shopping mall within easy walking distance of the hotel.

    Thoroughly enjoyed the twin room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. I could use an electric kettle, air conditioner, and a personal safe. Its location in Pattaya was marvellous, not far from Central Pattaya and the water slides. Everyone was EXCELLENT and friendly.

    A bold move that proved rewarding!

    What an very nice experience! The staff's friendliness made everything good, and the room was immaculate with a fantastic view. The rooftop pool is nice. The hotel's prime location near Central Festival Mall enhanced our stay. It was the perfect retreat, and I can't wait to return for another nice visit!

    I was impressed with the staff, always polite and attentive. The rooftop pool had amazing views of the sunset, it was a highlight of my stay.

    It wasn't the cheapest place I've stayed, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

    Had an amazing week with friends! The location is perfect. We enjoyed the beach and explored the nearby markets. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There's also ample parking, a plus! Highly recommend for a fun getaway.
